Working in a Global Mile org which governs cross border fulfilments. Worked with a team which owns the generation of compliance artifact for cross border shipments.Led the transition plan for our team which included getting 15+ KTs from outgoing team, communicating with business and tech team to understand the current state of 5 projects and taking the Engineering Operational Excellence (EOE) load.Led the CloudAuth migration campaign for our team where we transferred 20+ dependency to CloudAuth along with rigorous testing. Mentored Summer 2024 Intern and helped her in delivering one of our 2024 roadmap goal to include “New filter radio button” which anticipated more enrolments of ASINs into our Program. Supported off sprint planning for Netherlands 3P FC for selected pilot sellers. Communicated with Business stakeholder on requirements clarification and got sign off. Gated our Add/Get traffic through AppConfig allowlist and made it extensible to be used for other FC launch. Anticipated of 30MM business revenue impact.Dove deep in one of our service that tranships seller stranded inventory to their enabled location. Proposed a solution that will improve the execution time, accuracy, automating transshipment request leveraging the use of NAWS architecture. Led the design and launch of expanding PanEU-FBA program to Netherlands. Extended the existing system core functionality to protect the already enrolled products by granting them the unlimited grace period (vs 14 day GP) while also enforcing the new selection to create offer in Netherlands. In future, when business identifies less impact on existing selection, this solution will enforce the mandate to all the selection, gradually turning Netherlands as a complete required marketplace.
