   Jill\'s work with Community Frameworks includes taking the helm of construction and close-out for theorganization’s most recent 9% LIHTC project, Highland Village Phase 2, as well as working on aclient 4% LIHTC project in Tri-Cities. She recently completed a feasibility study on scattered sitehousing for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities, accessing her understandingof code updates, client needs, and GC partnerships to present a feasible pathway ina challenging financial environment. She has experience in all phases of the developmentprocess from site selection, project conception, project design, private and public funding and financing, through construction, placed in service, and close-out.Prior to joining Community Frameworks, Jill worked in private sector real estate across NorthernIdaho, Eastern Washington, and Portland, OR. She has in-depth experience in property management, asset management, new construction greenfield development, property rehabs, historic tax credits, and business development. Affordable housing and diverse community development has been an important theme throughout Jill’s work in both the nonprofit and private sectors.In addition to an Economics degree from the University of Washington and in-depth analyticalexperience, Jill is a certified Housing Finance Professional Certificate for both rental andhomeownership development through the nationally recognized housing and economicdevelopment organization, Grow America.Additionally, Jill led the Housing Equity Action Research Team (HEART) for the Spokane Alliance for twoyears which resulted in the release of a critical City funding stream for affordable housing. She was a volunteer ski patroller for 5 years on Mount Spokane. She continues her community work as a member of the West Central Neighborhood Council, a member of the West Central Abbey, and a Plan Commissioner for the City of Spokane.
