I lead the design and execution of Fitch Group’s data literacy program, driving a culture where data fluency becomes a strategic advantage. I’ve curated 3 of the 5 core program components, partnered with DataCamp to develop custom Fitch-branded content, and created 4 skills-based tracks tailored to business groups. I designed style guides, templates, and project plans to ensure consistency and scalability, and introduced post-mortems to optimize content flow and efficiency. I also implemented targeted communication strategies informed by engagement data; re-engaging those in progress, promoting next-level skills for completers, and motivating new learners. High performers are tracked for inclusion in a champions network to sustain momentum and peer advocacy. To measure and enhance impact, I built a Power BI dashboard from scratch, initially integrating DataCamp exports and internal files with custom DAX coding to create the reporting suite. Later I moved to the DataCamp data connector which required advanced DAX coding skills to replicate existing reports and extend reporting capabilities. The dashboard tracks active users, completions, skill scores, and engagement trends, providing actionable insights for leadership and program optimization. Hitting the highs of 27% engagement on this completely voluntary program.We align all initiatives with strategic priorities, such as the Power BI COE, by embedding visualization and analytics tracks that drive both tool adoption and skill growth across the organization.
