Operating at a senior level managing a high volume of complex and sensitive cases across the employee lifecycle managing a P&C Adviser. Partnering closely with the People & Culture Manager, P&C Advisers and senior leadership to deliver expert guidance, support cultural change, and drive continuous improvement across ER frameworks. Collaborating with Senior managers on implementing organisational changes and new working practices.lKey Highlights:• Lead adviser on complex cases including disciplinaries, grievances, sickness absence, capability, whistleblowing, early conciliation, settlement agreements (COT3), and Employment Tribunals – leading to faster resolutions of ER cases within the Charity.• Coach and collaborate with P&C Advisers to ensure consistent, legally compliant case management and quality assurance across all levels of the business.• Step into strategic and operational leadership in the absence of the P&C Manager—providing continuity, escalated case support, and trusted support to senior stakeholder and management of the team of 5.• Designed and rolled out key compliance-driven policies, ensuring alignment with evolving employment legislation and organisational values.• Coach managers to boost confidence and consistency in handling people issues.• Track and report on ER trends and KPIs, using data to inform proactive interventions.
