As a member of the Senior Leadership Team at Fidelity Charitable, I lead Compliance, Risk, Quality, Operational Controls, and Process Improvement, as well as the Board of Trustees (including Board relations and Board governance and strategy). In addition, I manage an Administrative Center of Excellence, including leading planning of our all hands, senior leadership team, and extended leadership team meetings, and serve as Chief of Staff to the President. I also have overall responsibility for government and external affairs for Fidelity Charitable and lead employee engagement and the Catalyst Fund, a grant making fund that builds bridges between promising nonprofits and donors in their communities. Together with the amazing Fidelity Charitable team, we make charitable giving accessible, simple, and effective.
