I spent 11 years in RPO supporting various clients in leadership, project management and individual contributor roles. I joined Mass General Brigham’s Enterprise TA team in December 2019, supporting enterprise and clinical hiring. Since accepting the role, I’ve partnered with wonderful teammates, leaders and candidates in various aspects of healthcare. Covid-19 undoubtedly shifted hiring needs, as a team we pivoted, picked up different projects and continue to learn as we acquire talent for largest healthcare system in Massachusetts.
