I am focused on the development, education, and wellbeing of leaders, inspiring and supporting them to realize their full potential and to live and lead consciously and sustainably. I do most of my corporate executive coaching, as well as facilitation of women\'s leadership programs, through 3D Leadership Group, a boutique,\"Women Owned\" executive coaching firm based in Boston, MA. I also support the development of purposeful leaders and organizations in the private, public and non-profit sectors through my own practice, Leaderful,LLC. Certified by the Hudson Institute of Coaching and the International Coaching Federation (PCC), I practice the art of developmental coaching. The primary threads of my work have been global business, higher education, entrepreneurship and innovation, leadership development, career development, and health and wellbeing. In the past decade, I have developed as a leader through my service on two executive teams and several boards. One of my greatest joys is to connect with people, especially those of other cultures and countries, and build lasting relationships. I am a lifelong learner, global citizen, local-food enthusiast, sea kayaker, yogini and mom of two \"twentysomethings\".
