ABOUT JILL SALUS

Jill Salus is excited to join the incredible team at South Bow and bring her passion, expertise and talents to contribute to South Bow’s relationships with Indigenous groups and communities nearby our operations. Jill was the Manager of Indigenous Relations Engagement for Coastal GasLink for 6 years. Jill joined TC Energy in 2018 and throughout her career has had the opportunity to work with Indigenous communities. Jill has been instrumental in developing relationships with many Indigenous communities and is always proud to share some of her positive experiences that have led to collaborative partnerships through transformational engagement. Jill has represented Canada on National teams in the sports of Track and Field and Bobsled, and upon retiring from World Cup competition she returned to school to complete her MBA specializing in Global Energy Management and Sustainability. Jill considers herself very lucky to have had the opportunity to transition her passion for sport into a rewarding career in Indigenous Relations. Jill has served for seven years on the Board of Directors for Canada Bridges, a nonprofit that focuses on a relationship-based approach to youth empowerment in Treaty 7 communities near Calgary, Alberta.
