I came into the world with an innate craving to be better, a love for words, a fierce enthusiasm for making a difference in whatever I touch, a pretentious and stubborn neurosis over connotation, and a secret wish to be able to bench press my body weight. While my resume includes a variety of leadership experiences teaching at both the high school and college levels, having career-changed after a stint on Wall Street, what\'s most important is my love for what I do. I\'ve made it my life\'s work to help young people in their journeys to success. I am an educator who values academic excellence balanced with equity and culturally responsive practices as well as social-emotional learning and well-being of all students.
