About Jill Nagle
As Deputy Director at the Aviv Foundation, Jill is responsible for strategy and grantmaking, with a particular focus on supporting families and children through investments in foster care and education. Before joining Aviv, Jill co-led the Poses Family Foundation, which gave $35M annually to education, mental health programs, and workforce development. While at Bridgespan, Jill advised early-stage foundations about strategy, growth, and creating measurable impact. Jill’s clients found new ways to create social change and, in several cases, increased giving 2-5x. Prior to Bridgespan, Jill consulted financial services, consumer goods and healthcare Fortune 500 clients at Bain & Company. Jill started her career in AmeriCorps, serving as a mentor to youth in the juvenile justice system. Jill has a BS in Materials Science Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and a MBA from INSEAD.
