Responsible for Learning and Development supporting corporate continuous improvement efforts across both manufacturing and business process areas. Engaged at all levels of manufacturing, from associate through VP.• Program Manager for the Bridge Program, a 6 month lean leadership development program based on Toyota Production System (TPS) principles. Managed year over year growth with an average annualized increase in participation of 186%(compared to 6% for years prior), while maintaining a 90%+ graduation rate. Coverage spans eight sites, three of which are remote locations, including one in the UK.• Doubled Bridge coaching capacity, from 20 to 40 coaches.• Instruction of fundamental HMPS skills, including classroom content delivery and shop floor coaching, with primary focus on Problem Solving and Standardized Work. Includes stand-alone sessions, week-long workshops and a series of 15, two-day Problem Solving training classes for 80 participants.• Responsible for planning, execution and continuous improvement of two, week-long training sessions, each held monthly. Combined number of participants range from 100-150 annually.• Point of contact for Toyota and Lean Enterprise Institute when Herman Miller is host site for collaborative training workshops.• Honored with a PEP Award for Engagement, a company-wide recognition for employees going above and beyond, attacking problems and investing themselves in the future of the organization.
