My career has been in HR leadership roles, either as a member of an HR team partnered with a business unit in a large, matrixed, global organization, or as the leader of the HR function in a mid-sized, multi-state company, with as many as 10 direct reports. I’ve worked in a variety of industries, including manufacturing, distribution, printing, building materials, field service and customer service. The companies I\'ve worked for have been in various stages of their lifecycle, from growth to decline; I’ve opened new locations from scratch, and have experience with acquisitions and reorganizations.
