About Jill McClure
My strengths include collaborating with teams, boards, and leaders to develop strategic visions and plans; driving programs that promote sustainability and growth; inspiring team members to drive increased innovation; and serving as a change agent to achieve goals that may seem out of reach. I enjoy community building, improving outcomes, and developing teams to reach their full potential. Prior to my leadership work in associations, I served as an adjunct professor and operated a corporate communications consulting firm that served Fortune 500 tech clients, including Dell, Motorola, and Freescale Semiconductor. I also spent six years as a broadcaster and host of an award-winning syndicated program that promoted entrepreneurship, tourism, and the arts. I hold a Master’s degree in Advertising from the University of Texas at Austin and a Bachelor\'s degree in Communications, and I earned the Certified Association Executive (CAE) designation in 2012. I have been named to the “40 Under 40” lists by the Denver Business Journal and Mississippi Business Journal in recognition of business and community contributions. I am a former Board member of the Girl Scouts of Colorado, Texas Society of Association Executives, and numerous Arts and business organizations. I was named an Association Innovator by the American Society for Association Executives, and featured in Associations Now magazine. My mission in life is to leave things better than I found them. I get excited about building and transforming an organization. I\'m energized by helping my teammates realize potential they may not have known they have. I love building relationships and co-creating solutions.I enjoy working with extraordinary people, delivering exceptional experiences to serve the greater good.
