I\'m an Operations Manager with 10+ years of education and experience. I started my career as an intern at Kit and Ace - an innovative apparel company specializing in technical cashmere. While there, I focused on the coordination and operation of merchandising within shops - both on a small and large scale basis. I spent the majority of my time there assisting in opening 60+ shops internationally over a one year period, focusing primarily on their merchandising and visual layouts. I then transitioned over to lululemon where I supported in managing programs and services to support our Global Product team, followed by overseeing the Global Internship Program which focused on funnelling entry-level talent in through the business. Currently, I am working within People & Culture to support, manage and elevate the experience and overall health and wealth of our collective.
