I help leaders grow by applying the science of behavior analysis to talent and organizational development. My work focuses on identifying high-potential talent, strengthening executive presence, and building leadership effectiveness through measurable, behavior-based strategies. I’ve supported organizations across real estate construction, healthcare, and financial institutions. My experience includes coaching leadership teams to improve collaboration, developing succession plans for key transitions, and streamlining project engagement processes to enhance the client experience. I hold an M.A. in Psychology with a concentration in Behavior Analysis and am a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). I’m certified in Hogan, HBDI, and the Saville suite of assessments, and I use a range of tools to assess work style, thinking preferences, and feedback delivery. I bring clarity, structure, and insight to every engagement—whether guiding professionals through leadership transitions or shaping long-term development strategies.
