NAWIC is an international association that has been helping women pursue careers in construction for over 65 years. As the northeast region director, I am elected to represent my 19 region’s chapters on the National Board for a 2 year term. My goal is to lift up our current members into the spotlight and encourage future growth. To promote safety, dignity, equity and further cement women’s role in the construction industry through allyship, collaboration and communication. We need all voices!
