About Jillian Murrell

With over twelve years of experience in employer brand and recruitment marketing, I am passionate about creating and communicating compelling employer value propositions that attract and retain diverse talent. As an Employer Brand Marketing Manager at Alaska Airlines, I lead the development and execution of the employer brand strategy, content marketing, and employer awards initiatives, working closely with internal and external stakeholders to showcase our culture, values, and impact. Previously, I was the Director of Employer Brand and Recruitment Marketing at Sound Physicians, where I oversaw the employer brand and recruitment marketing campaigns, events, and analytics, and increased the quality and quantity of candidates across multiple specialties and regions. I also have experience as the Global Employer Brand Lead at Booz Allen Hamilton, where I designed and implemented the global employer brand framework, guidelines, and best practices, and supported the recruitment marketing efforts for various business units and markets. I have a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration, Marketing from the University of Washington, and I am a Certified Employer Brand Professional by the Employer Branding Academy. I am driven to understand the motivations of employees and help align those motivations with the need of the business.
