ABOUT JILLIAN MEADE
I’m a compassionate, mission-driven leader with recent hands-on experience as a head veterinary assistant and over 4.5 years in veterinary hospital operations. In that leadership role, I supervised and supported a team, coordinated daily workflows, and ensured smooth clinic operations. I also handled first-chair reception duties and provided patient care as a veterinary assistant and receptionist. Prior to my career in veterinary medicine, I served five years in the U.S. Navy as an Operations Specialist, where I assisted in high-stress missions such as search and rescue, maintained composure under pressure, and trained and mentored over 200 junior officers. That experience shaped my adaptive leadership style and sharp communication skills. I earned my B.S. in Psychology, magna cum laude, from Mercy University.I’m passionate about animal care, supporting veterinary teams, and helping clinics run efficiently with empathy and structure.
