About Jillian Huston

Growing up in a small town in the Midwest, I always had a heart for children in need. In middle school I was able to go on my first mission trip with my youth group, and that opened my eyes to a world that I never really knew existed. Running water and a soft bed to sleep in were unknown luxuries for these children and I felt a tremendous burden for these families that had so little yet they were so proud to invite us into their tiny homes and show genuine hospitality. We built homes for some of these families and got to share the love of Jesus with them, but I felt there was so much more that could be done.Fast forward 15 or so years, when I had the opportunity to work for an organization whose sole mission is to release children from poverty in Jesus\' name. I have been able to take my many years of recruiting and sales experience and apply my talents in a world-changing ministry that is rewriting history for millions of children. What a blessing!
