Serve as the regulatory operations lead for 30-40 active oncology clinical trials across RMCC sites, supporting start-up through closeout in partnership with McKesson and the Sarah Cannon Research Institute (SCRI)- Maintain Florence eBinders for all assigned studies, ensuring document accuracy across DRAP logs, training attestations, FDQs, and 1572s- Coordinate and schedule PSSVs, PSVs, SIVs, and COVs between CROs and investigators- Review, stamp, and archive hundreds of physical consent forms weekly, manually verifying signatures and pagination- Batch-process monitor access requests in Florence for 100+ RMVs biweekly across the regulatory team- Liaise between CRO monitors and internal study staff to resolve documentation gaps and maintain compliance- Support RMCC’s transition to fully electronic regulatory systems, contributing to archiving projects and in-person implementation
