ABOUT JILLIAN DOGGETT
In today\'s ever-changing education landscape, collaborating and working together is more important than ever.As the Director of Network Support at Digital Promise, I direct The League of Innovative Schools and design and manage signature events for Digital Promise\'s educator networks. In this role, I get to do the incredible work of building and bringing together networks of practitioners, researchers, and innovators to connect, share ideas, and learn from each other. In my work, nothing is more gratifying than seeing educators and leaders from across the globe come together at an event or in a working group to foster connections, exchange innovative ideas, best practices, and insights, spark new perspectives and unique, holistic solutions, collaboratively problem-solve, and ultimately feel inspired, motivated, and supported to implement creative solutions to drive and scale change to ensure equitable outcomes for all students. Throughout my career in education, building relationships and empowering and building others\' capacity has been the cornerstone of my work and will continue to be as I partner with our most forward-thinking educational leaders to ensure educational equity for all students. When I\'m not working, I love spending time outdoors with my dog, reading as many fiction books as possible, developing my green thumb, and traveling.
