Jillian has ~10 years experience in the Facilities Management and Commercial Real Estate industry. Currently, she leads the Global Performance Management program for one of JLL\'s Enterprise clients consisting of ~70 JLL employees and totaling in ~2M SF. In this role, she leads the implementation of global operational programs, drives continuous improvement and client solutioning and focuses on strategic global alignment to harmonize our service delivery. Jillian has a proven track record of building effective relationships with clients and leading strong teams. She thrives in the delicate art of effectively balancing individual site needs with overall account strategy, ensuring strategic alignment from all sides.Notably, one of her recent achievements includes leading the development and implementation of over 10 global programs including an Operational Inspection Program, Incident and Escalation Management, Root Cause Analyses, Innovation, Governance framework and Communications. She is also currently leading a transformation with the Account’s Work Order Management and BI strategies to ensure we are leveraging Corrigo to its fullest capabilities to deliver fact-based decisions related to site costs, asset management and operations.Jillian is an empathetic leader and integrates diversity, equity and inclusion in her leadership style.
