ABOUT JILLIAN RAMOS

I\'m currently a junior at the University of Loyola pursuing a degree in communications and a minor in marketing. Over the past year, I have had experience writing with a school newspaper. Eventually, I earned the status of editor-in-chief, putting me in charge of approving the layout and design as well as reviewing content for spelling and grammar errors and, finally, fact-checking information. Furthermore, I have experience in customer service through my part-time jobs at Hollister Co. and Coopers Hawk Winery and Restaurant, where I worked as a brand representative and hostess.Classmates, professors, managers, and coworkers would describe me as a hardworking problem solver who will take initiative without hesitation. I have had experience in leadership roles through involvement in Kairos retreats and as a class officer. Additionally, I am incredibly flexible, as I have worked with Hollister\'s sister store, Abercrombie and Fitch, as needed when they first opened, as well as jumping into different roles during shifts at Coopers Hawk outside of my hostess position.I will graduate in May 2027
