About Jillian Keith

Jillian Keith is an experienced trial lawyer who focuses on commercial, products liability, and personal injury cases, particularly those with high exposure and risk. She is licensed to practice law in Texas and California, and has practiced pro hac vice in numerous jurisdictions where clients seek trial representation. Jillian has litigated and tried high value commercial matters involving banking, oil, gas, and mineral disputes, injury to land, directors and officers, fraud, DTPA, fiduciary duty, construction, contract litigation, debt, and bankruptcy adversary proceedings. She also handles personal injury litigation from pre-suit to verdict. Jillian’s undergraduate academic major was in pre-medical studies, during which she worked as a research assistant in a biomedical engineering laboratory. She assisted in conducting research into diabetes, nerve regeneration and post-surgical adhesion prevention. During that time, she coauthored an article published in the Journal of Biomedical Materials Research. Jillian currently serves as an instructor of deposition skills at the National Institute of Trial Advocacy, Methodist University Dedman School of Law.

I have extensive expertise working with and developing experts to testify at trial, as well as in developing defenses for companies new to complex litigation. I have tried cases in numerous jurisdictions, including California, New York, Texas and most recently in Florida, where I obtained a defense verdict in a case where the plaintiffs were seeking recovery of more than $2 million in damages.I have successfully represented product manufacturers, premises owners and employers in lawsuits filed across the country involving allegations of wrongful death or serious injury. I have been instrumental in positioning cases for trial and for successful settlements across the country.Commercial Litigation:I litigate deceptive trade practices, conversion, commercial fraud, banking, mineral lease, collections and contract cases.
