Work closely with WSM roster of Photographers + Directors to produce content for both still + video shoots worldwideTypes of projects include advertising campaigns, digital/online/social campaigns, brand videos, in-store/POS signage, celebrity key art and PR images for a variety of clients in the fashion, beauty, entertainment, lifestyle, food and beverage categoriesCreate competitive bids for all shoots and oversee budgets from start to finishCollect all invoices and actualize job costsNegotiate contracts, including artist fees and usage rightsHave strong relationships with photo + video crews, studios, casting directors, equipment houses, set designers, wardrobe stylists and glam artistsStay up to date on industry trends, cast talent, location researchOversee retouching for still imagery Hire video editors, colorist, and VFX artists and supervise post production for video contentEnsure that clients and our photographers are happy on set and satisfied with final deliverables
