ABOUT JILLIAN JILL FEDOR
I am a Business Management student at the University of Maryland’s Robert H. Smith School of Business, with experience in leadership, customer service and daily operations. Through multiple roles at Wegmans, ranging from cashier to coordinator to management intern, I have developed a strong set of skills involving, retail management, team coordination and data analysis. In addition to my retail management experience, I have served as both a head and assistant volleyball coach. Where I was driven to promote athlete development, safety, and team building. Both of these roles have helped strengthen my ability to lead and foster diverse groups, while maintaining a results driven environment and fueling my passion. While studying at the Robert H. Smith Business School, I am actively seeking out opportunities that allow me to further my development as a leader in business. I have particular interests in organization management, Human Resources management, and team development.
