ABOUT JILLIAN E.

With over 20 years of work experience in various communication and marketing roles, I have developed a passion for learning and development, especially in the context of employee engagement and skills development. I believe that by empowering and engaging our team members, we can create a positive and productive work environment that fosters growth, innovation, and excellence. As a Learning and Development Program Manager at Foster Farms, I am responsible for building and implementing training programs that align with the organization\'s mission, vision, and values, and that cater to the diverse needs and preferences of our employees.In my current role, I leverage my communication and content creation skills to design and deliver engaging and effective learning experiences, both online and offline. I work closely with various stakeholders, including managers/directors, subject matter experts, and external partners, to identify the learning objectives, outcomes, and metrics for each program. I also use social media and other digital platforms to promote and communicate our company culture and values.
