I am the program manager of the City of Charlottesville’s Water Conservation Program. The program focuses on helping the Charlottesville community save water through education, rebates, incentives, and outreach. In addition, I oversee and manage the water used at all City facilities as part of the City’s Energy and Water Management Program. This program focuses on the City’s utility portfolio performance and implements changes to improve performance through actions in operations, technology, and behavior.
