This position consists of: community outreach, event planning, media relations, public relations, marketing/advertising the property, supporting our retailers with their marketing goals and business development. I work with the local media in combination with our national PR agency to positively position Penn Square Mall within the community. In addition, I work closely with our tenants to help maximize their profit & productivity.On the business development side, I work with companies who are looking to achieve their marketing goals through the use of unique and quality/result driven advertising within the mall. I work closely with the Regional Director of Business Development & Vice President of Marketing to grow the center\'s opportunities & meet sales goals. Budgeting and development of an annual marketing plan is a must. I oversee our digital marketing channels and actively take part in the Manager on Duty program & other management responsibilities. I also oversee and help promote the Simon gift card program to increase gift card sales.
