I started out working in restaurants, and I’ve spent years closely connected to the dining ecosystem. I believe great restaurants are culture. They shape neighborhoods, define cities, and bring people together. When they struggle, cities lose something real. That belief drives my interest in finding better ways to help great restaurants thrive, through media, platforms, products, and partnerships that genuinely support the people behind them.
