ABOUT JILL DEGRAFF
My passion lies in expanding the capacity of technology to make healthcare more accessible, safe and cost-effective. For technology to contribute to these goals, organizations need to scale trust, health IT interoperability, data analytics and consumer connected health. I contribute to these goals as legal counsel with expertise at the intersection of product, technology, privacy, cybersecurity, technology contracting and healthcare regulation. I take a programmatic, organization-centered approach in designing and implementing their technology solutions, commercial contract status and risk management programs, so that they contribute positively to core missions. My approach draws upon the tools from my years as a corporate and transactional attorney in private practice and in-house with technology companies, including an early pioneer in digital health.
