In this position I am responsible for working on all aspects of performance measurement, reporting and analysis as well as portfolio and risk analytics for all of the firm’s investment offerings- Help with the performance measurement, review and analysis of about 300+ individually managed accounts and 6 mutual funds- Maintain the integrity of data within the performance system by performing daily/monthly/quarterly checks- Reconcile the performance system against accounting and other systems daily- Ensure that transactions and holdings flowing into the performance system are properly posted and have the correct performance impact- Analyze corporate actions and ensure that they received the correct performance treatment- Maintain oversight over performance/attribution calculations and security analytics- Review and resolve errors, exceptions, outliers, etc- Prepare performance, attribution, and analytics reports for both internal and external audiences- Gather information for marketing materials, the firms’ website, requests for information (RFIs) andrequests for proposals (RFPs)- Assist in updating and checking marketing materials and databases- Assist in the general administration and documentation of performance related software- Assist in the testing and implementation of new versions of performance related software as needed.
