Serve as the primary liaison for all order fulfillment account management to new and existing customers- direct and partners in North America and the Caribbean. Review and enter customer purchase orders into SAP system and manage the customer order backlog. Confirm customer contract/pricing commitments for all orders. Responsible for timely and accurate delivery of orders to the customer to maximize customer satisfaction and loyalty. Respond to and resolve all customer and Sales Engineer issues to provide a positive interaction with Cognex. Interact with Finance, Purchasing, Operations, Business Units, Marketing and other departments to meet customer deadlines and urgent requests for timely and accurate delivery.
