About Jill Carey

As the Director of Business Process Management at KnowBe4, I am involved in the design, implementation, and improvement of business processes and workflows across the Revenue and Marketing Sectors. I hold multiple certifications, including Project Management Professional (PMP), Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, and Smartsheet Product Certified User. Before joining KnowBe4, I was the Chief Operations Officer at Studio98 and PostcardMania, two marketing and design agencies, where I managed the production, delivery, and quality of products and services, as well as the personnel, and resources of those operations. I am passionate about creating value for customers and stakeholders, and I thrive in fast-paced, collaborative, and diverse environments. I am always looking for new challenges and opportunities to learn and grow, and I am excited to be part of KnowBe4\'s mission to help organizations manage the ongoing problem of social engineering.
