Global Mobility Manager - Northern Europe @Michelin

Coordination of expatriate missions to and from the Europe North region (esp. United Kingdom, Germany and Sweden)- Coordination of permanent relocations within country, and to/from each country as required- Coordination of group relocations for the region- Provision of full assignment lifecycle assistance to expatriates and their families, including pre-assignment meetings and acting as a point of contact throughout the assignment- Working with managers and business units to provide advice and guidance on mobility issues- Working with external and internal departments on matters relating to the calculation and payment of salary, tax and national insurance for internationally mobile employees- Working with third party vendors to ensure the smooth provision of relocation and tax assistance services- Member of a global team of expatriation coordinators within Michelin, corresponding regularly to share problems and best practices - Company expert on UK immigration and visa issues.
