Experienced trial attorney. I lead Rupp Baase\'s campus disciplinary defense practice area. We help students facing disciplinary action from the time of an initial complaint, through the investigation, and during any resulting disciplinary hearing. If we are unable to resolve disciplinary matters at the administrative level, we can pursue litigation to help protect a student\'s academic standing and professional future as much as possible. College and university policies and procedures can vary widely; we prepare students and their families to help them navigate these often unfamiliar nuances.In addition to my campus disciplinary defense work, I handle complex commercial matters, product liability, Labor Law and other challenging insurance defense cases, and general education and litigation matters for businesses, insurance carriers, school districts, and municipalities. I\'ve successfully represented clients at all court levels in NY and at specialty boards, including zoning and planning boards, the State Liquor Authority, and the Office of Child and Family Services.Prior results do not guarantee a similar outcome.
