I got hurt by other people\'s lack of self-awareness. That\'s where this started. Not with a framework or a methodology, with real relationships that were genuinely hard because the people in them couldn\'t see their own part in what was happening. Nor could I see my own. I spent 20 years inside and alongside revenue organizations watching the same thing play out at scale. The problems that derailed high-capacity teams almost never came down to strategy. They came down to people who couldn\'t see themselves clearly enough to have the conversations that needed to happen.I\'m not primarily a GTM coach. That\'s the door I walk through to get into the rooms where this problem lives. What I actually do is help leaders develop the self-awareness to know what they actually think, and the skills to communicate it in ways that build trust instead of eroding it.After 12 years of watching what happens when leaders can see themselves clearly, how teams change, how conversations shift, how accountability stops being a threat, I am committed to this work, completely.
