About Jill Wells Heath
As NV5’s Executive Vice President of Integration, I use my own experience integrating CALYX into NV5 to guide newly acquired companies through the NV5 integration process while coordinating human resources, IT, legal/risk management, finance, and brand integration efforts. I joined the company in 1993 as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) consultant and rose through the ranks; becoming CFO in 2003, president in 2006, and CEO in 2008 before becoming Executive Vice President of NV5 with CALYX’s acquisition in 2018. Throughout my tenure, I have held a number of leadership positions within the Triangle area’s professional and community organizations. I currently serve of the boards of NC Theatre and the 50 Group. he Triangle YMCA and the 50 Group.
