Since joining Radley’s marketing team 10 months ago I have worked with the team to elevate all imagery and video as part of the company rebrand. Creative concepting and producing shoots. Overseeing and art directing e-com shoots, casting and booking models, photographers, hair & make-up artists for campaigns. As well as tracking and managing the budget, creating style guides, styling still life product shoots for social and PDP pages and overseeing post production. Streamlining the production process to cut costs and create the efficient delivery of the highest quality visuals across the brand.
