Beyond the titles and certifications, my *why* is pretty simple: creating a positive impact for people working in food.Passionate about feeding more than just appetites, I’m driven to inspire, coach, and empower professionals in the food industry to reach their full potential. My journey spans leading high-impact FSQ teams in multi-million-dollar companies, where I’ve defined expectations, verified systems, and led cross-functional collaborations with a clear vision. Whether it’s setting up company-wide FSQ systems or aligning multi-plant teams of up to 50 people, I’m here to help organizations achieve what’s possible when everyone’s in sync.With degrees in Food Science and Quality Management, along with certifications in coaching, food safety, and continuous improvement methodologies (think Lean, Six Sigma), I’m all about making a tangible difference. Off the clock? You’ll find me cheering at hockey and baseball games, getting lost in a good book, laughing at quirky sitcoms, or recharging with a walk in nature.
