ABOUT JILL SCARR
My career in HR/OD and Learning and Developments has enabled me to coach, mentor and develop individuals at all levels of an organisation to succeed in meeting both personal and organisational goals. I am committed and passionate about developing people whether through coaching or other training interventions. I work with clients to find solutions to difficult issues, break down barriers that are stopping them moving forward and explore how they can achieve their goals. By taking clients outdoors and asking them to observe and recognise that we are all part of the natural environment by using a range of techniques. I can provide clients with the headspace and a unique experience to see and think about things differently. I am a Fellow of the CIPD, Associate Member of the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC) and a Certified Master Coach in Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) and qualified in Time Line Therapy™ and Hypnosis.
