With over eight years of experience as the Human Resources Director at Union Market, I specialize in fostering employee relations, driving engagement, and ensuring compliance with labor and employment law. At Union Market, I built the first Human Resources department from the ground up, including recruiting and training the team that is currently in place and thriving. Supported by SHRM Certified Professional credentials, I contribute to a collaborative and productive workplace environment.
