I am an experienced and driven Chartered Surveyor with over 30 years of property management experience in both client and consultancy businesses, with signifiant experience in Contract Management, latterly with almost 20 years at JLL.At JLL I was a Senior Director managing a cross functional client team. At JLL I have managed a number of Funds for key clients, with over 200 properties combined. I have a proven ability in leading teams, managing contracts, building and maintaining client relationships, securing high value tenders, portfolio take-ons, complex purchases and disposals and general Property Management across all asset classes. My current role at CBRE as Client Contract Director is giving me a greater insight into central London premium assets with senior oversight on a large mixed use estate.
