As the Director of AI + Developer Content in the Learn organization at Microsoft, I lead and support multiple content development teams who create help, how-to, reference, and training content for Azure AI Foundry, AI Services, and various developer platforms and tools, such as Azure, Visual Studio.NET, and Windows. My core competencies include technical writing, content strategy, agile project management, and data analysis.My mission is to help developers learn and succeed with Microsoft technologies by delivering high-quality, relevant, and engaging content in different formats and contexts. I am passionate about using data to measure and improve content quality, performance, and operations. I also love managing and developing talented team members, coaching them on their careers, and mentoring them on best practices. As a leader in the organization, I set strategy and priorities, provide clarity, look at long-term goals, and generate enthusiasm across the team.
