She has industry experience working with health care insurance, finance, agribusiness, energy, oil & gas, manufacturing and software businesses.Jill represents health plans and health insurance companies, property and casualty insurance companies and third party administrators on contracting, regulatory, financial, compliance and transactional matters. Jill’s experience includes advising on joint ventures, investments, surplus notes, acquisitions, debt and equity financings, and acquisitions and dispositions by insurance companies.She regularly advises public company clients on SEC compliance matters, governance issues, and capital market activities. Her mergers and acquisition experience includes stock and asset purchases of a full range of sizes representing both buyers and sellers. Jill represents a number of growth and venture capital firms with equity and debt financings across the country as well as start-up and growth companies looking to secure equity and debt financings.She has also worked on a number of cross-border transactions and financings and transactions that require insurance regulatory approval.
