About Jill Padsala
I hold a Master\'s in International Business, which I completed in August 2022. Additionally, I earned a degree in Business Analytics in April 2023 and had the opportunity to work at Sagamore Sales and Marketing as an Operations analyst.My interest in this field was sparked by watching my father establish and run a business. It stimulated my curiosity to learn more about how it is run and what goes on behind the scenes, which encouraged me to complete a bachelor\'s degree in Management Studies. It sparked my interest in understanding the growing need and efficacy of data analysis and its positive effect on the revenues of an organization. I was intrigued by the wealth of data that could be generated and organized efficiently.My diverse cultural background and experience in working with diverse teams have made me capable of managing teamwork in diverse and dynamic situations while still learning from and cooperating with others. I take great pride in my persistence, diligence, and empathy. The process of coming up with a solution after researching and analyzing is what keeps me motivated.Starting my career at Sagamore Sales and Marketing was a valuable experience, and now I\'m excited to explore new opportunities.
