ASQ Certified Quality Auditor (CQA) and Quality Assurance/Regulatory professional with 24 years progressive experience in the pharmaceutical and dietary supplement industry. My career has allowed me to gain insight and knowledge in contract manufacturing by experiencing both sides at a CMO working with clients, as well as in a virtual capacity managing CMOs as a client QA representative. I have experience in managing most areas of quality assurance that includes: creating and reviewing standard operating procedures, training, batch record review, quality investigations and CAPAs, product complaints program, quality metrics program, vendor management, and auditing. My professional experience also includes hosting client audits and supporting FDA GMP inspections of pharmaceutical and dietary supplement facilities.
