About Jill Morgan

With over 30 years of experience in continuous improvement and change management, I am a passionate and results-oriented professional who strives to deliver value and excellence to Entergy, a leading electric utility company. As the Fleet Continuous Improvement / Change Managementleader, I provide guidance on process improvement, develop solutions, and coach various levels of changes. I leverage my Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and Prosci Certified Change Management Professional credentials to incorporate best practices and benchmarks, and to form scalable, risk-based change strategies for complex and high-impact changes. I have a proven track record of working in cross-functional teams, using data analysis and problem-solving skills, and translating organizational goals into achievable plans. I have also been a founding member of the business transformation team at the formation of Entergy\'s Shared Services organization, where I led the development of end-to-end process metrics, streamlined processes, and created the initial continuous improvement playbook. My mission is to empower and enable Entergy to achieve its vision of being the premier utility, while enhancing its safety, reliability, and sustainability.
