Led, influenced, and drove action among leaders in identifying organizational diversity needs and confirming role level commitments to best support their immediate business needs. • Operationalize Brand Bootcamp (4-week onboarding experience), with the goal of providing a consistent onboarding experience, accelerating learning curves and strengthening new hire connectedness for 100+ New Hires annually.• Address Employee Relations & Finance Audit concerns by creating the Business Conduct Pit Stop Series, a monthly two-tiered learning & recognition campaign intended on minimizing ongoing potential risk issues. • Co-lead the Brand Management Internship Leadership Team by providing strategic HR direction to the Training, Social and Immersion pillars.
