About Jill Johnson

I currently serve as Vice President of Services at SourceAmerica, where I lead support for a nationwide network of hundreds of federal contractors delivering mission-critical services to federal customers across the United States and U.S. territories. I oversee a broad and complex services portfolio that includes custodial, food service, contact center operations, grounds maintenance, healthcare environmental services, supply chain management, laundry, fleet management, and total facilities management. My focus is on service excellence, operational scalability, and strong federal partnerships—ensuring the AbilityOne network is positioned to successfully execute complex service contracts while delivering measurable value to government customers.Previously, I served as Vice President of Products at SourceAmerica, where I led product strategy and execution for the AbilityOne Program. In this role, I partnered with more than 100 federal contractors and numerous federal customers to deliver mission-critical products to all branches of the U.S. military. My work emphasized automation, productivity, contract excellence, and new product development—while advancing meaningful employment opportunities for people with disabilities.Earlier in my career, I held multiple senior leadership roles at Hecht’s, a division of the May Company, including Director-level positions and Assistant Controller. I provided oversight for a $60M+ advertising budget, managed staffing budgets and scheduling across more than 80 retail locations, and played a key role in the acquisition and integration of three major retail chains.I hold a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Virginia Tech. As the mother of a son with disabilities, I bring a deeply personal commitment to inclusive employment, advocacy, and mission-driven leadership. Outside of work, I enjoy traveling, exploring different cultures, and volunteering in support of individuals with disabilities and the elderly.
